Paper House Productions Easter Blog Hop

Hi everyone! Melissa here with an Easter Blog Hop design team post for Paper House.

I was inspired by the adorable Easter animal stickers. I thought they were so cute that they each deserved their own little spotlight in ATCs, or artist trading cards.

Supplies Used:

Here are some details about how I made these : I cut three 2 1/2 x 3 1/2" pieces of watercolor paper. I used a stencil and put on texture paste with a credit card.  I painted the three with watercolors, and rubbed on mica powders.  I used a small brush and applied crackle paint, and when dry, dusted on some chalk to make the cracks more visible.
I painted another layer of watercolor paper and adhered it underneath the top layer with foam tape.  I did this because I wanted the top layer to stay flat, and the tape is pretty sticky.I glued on ribbon.

Some other things I put on the three include vintage glass glitter, micro beads, seed beads, sequins, flatback and bicone crystals, and pearls.

Thanks for looking, and I hope you have a wonderful Easter!
