For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, Where Flowers Bloom So Does Hope

To make these cards, I cut a 12" x 12" piece of watercolor paper in half.

I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a small spatula.

 

 I brushed on Shimmerz Paints.

I rubbed on gold,aqua, and pearl colored mica powder on a lot of the background and raised areas on the page.

 

To add visual interest I added microbeads, seed beads, glass beads,pearls,lace, crystals, glass glitter, tulle,   fussy cut images from Graphic 45 papers, paper flowers and chipboard, and bling and metal from my stash. 

      Many of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents.
