For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, "Nothing Burns Like The Cold"

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new page for the amazing Shimmerz Paints! Go and see all the fun treasures there!

To make this page I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a small spatula onto watercolor paper. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat, and also made a mat out of watercolor paper. I added layers of corrugated cardboard and placed it on the page.I taped on flowers, glued on beads and other items, and I brushed on Shimmerz Paints. I rubbed on silver mica powder on different areas. I also brushed on silver mica powder with a fan brush to imitate the lines of the arctic lights.

To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads,glass beads,swarovski crystals,acrylic crystals, glass glitter,iridescent wrapping paper,sisal,silver thread, chipboard,tulle,lace,flowers,and bling and metal from my stash. A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents. Many of the textural items are from Reneabouquets.

Inklingz: First Blush, and Blue My Mind, Corney Flower Blue, Oakie Bear Blue, Imperial Amethyst,and Plum Crazy.

For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, Believe In The Magic Of Christmas

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new page for the amazing Shimmerz Paints! Go and see all the fun treasures there!

To make this page I brushed on clear gesso on Prima paper,then stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a small spatula. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I made a mat out of canvas paper. I added layers of corrugated cardboard and placed it on the page.I taped on flowers, glued on beads and other items, and I brushed on Shimmerz Paints. I rubbed on gold and silver mica powder on different areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads,glass beads,swarovski crystals,acrylic crystals, glass glitter,gold leaf,iridescent wrapping paper, chipboard,tulle,lace,flowers,and bling and metal from my stash. For The Reneabouquets Design Team, It Is A Happy Talent To Know How To Play

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new post, a layout, for the amazing Reneabouquets. Go and see all the beautiful treasures there!

To make this page, I applied a layer of Prima crackle paste to watercolor paper with a stencil and a small spatula. I put the layers under the photo together,starting with taping on watercolor paper to make it lie flat.

I added layers of corrugated cardboard and a watercolor mat.

I arranged the Beautiful Board,and flowers around the page, then added the beads and other items.I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents. I brushed on gold mica powder on a few areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads, glass glitter,glass beads,crystals,tulle,bling from my stash,iridescent wrapping paper,and sisal.

I brushed on light teal mica powder around the edges of the page. I also used silver and gold mica powders in different areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads, glass glitter,glass beads,crystals,tulle,bling from my stash,iridescent wrapping paper, sisal,feathers,and fussy cut images from Graphic 45, Beautiful Board and Printed Beautiful Board.
