For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, Love Is Heaven, And Heaven Is Love

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new page for the amazing Shimmerz Paints! Go and see all the fun treasures there!

To make this page,I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a spatula onto Prima paper. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I added two layers of corrugated cardboard. I put the frame on, also with layers of cardboard. I placed the photo and attached the flowers with double sided foam tape. I brushed on Shimmerz Paints. I love the Color Splash sprays, they are intensly colored. I rubbed on gold mica powder on some raised areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads,glass beads, glass glitter,Swarovski crystals,sequins, tulle,lace, sisal,flowers,feathers,shells,and bling and metal from my stash. A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents.

For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, Birds Are The Eyes Of Heaven

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new page for the amazing Shimmerz Paints! Go and see all the fun treasures there!

For the first time I used Color Splash Paints, I love them!

To make this page,I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a spatula onto watercolor paper. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I added two layers of corrugated cardboard. I put the frame on, also with layers of cardboard. I placed the photo and attached the flowers with double sided foam tape. I added fussy cut images from The Botanists Sticker Anthology book,beads, and other items. I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and in the end sprayed some Color Splash colors on too. I rubbed on gold mica powder on some raised areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads,glass beads, glass glitter,Swarovski crystals,sequins, tulle, sisal,flowers,feathers,and bling and metal from my stash. A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents.

For The Reneabouquets Design Team, No Philosophers So Thoroughly Comprehend Us As Dogs And Horses

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new post, a layout, for the amazing Reneabouquets. Go and see all the beautiful treasures there!

To make this page, I applied Prima Platinum crackle paste to 49 And Market paper with a spatula and a stencil. I put the layers under the photo together,starting with taping on watercolor paper under the photo to make it stronger and to lie flat.

I added layers of corrugated cardboard and a watercolor mat. The bottom layer of cardboard has gesso that I poured Ultra Thick Embossing Powder onto,and heated till it was just melted. A lot of it's covered up with tulle and paint.

I arranged the Beautiful Board and flowers around the page, then added the beads and other items.I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents.I applied gold mica powder on a lot of the raised areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads, glass glitter,sequins, silver thread, glass beads,crystals,tulle,lace, a feather, shells,bling from my stash, and flowers. I used double sided foam tape for the flowers, Beautiful Board, fussy cut images, and metal.

To make this page, I applied Prima Platinum crackle paste to Prima paper with a spatula and a stencil. I put the layers under the photo together,starting with taping on watercolor paper under the fussy cut image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I added a layer of corrugated cardboard and a watercolor mat,which I painted with a light layer of Shimmerz Paints..I glued on some tulle on the mat,and added some more watercolor paint.

The very bottom layer of cardboard has wet gesso that I poured Ultra Thick Embossing Powder onto,and heated till it was just melted, you can't see it because it's covered with paper. The fussy cut pieces made into a frame around the photo are from Prima paper, Salvage District.

I arranged the Printed Beautiful Board, and flowers around the page, then added the beads and other items.I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents.I applied gold mica powder on a lot of the raised areas.

I added light layers of watercolors in some areas around the page.

I always put glossy accents and 2 Ounce Gawdie Girl Diamond Shard German Glitter Glass on top of the glue on flowers.I put paint on top of that on the pink flower.

Almost any time I glue something on the page I add a little Diamond Shard Glitter. Sometimes I add watercolor on top in different areas.

To add visual interest I added micro beads, glass glitter,sequins, glass beads,crystals,tulle,lace,sisal, dried and pressed flowers, bling from my stash, and flowers. I used double sided foam tape for the flowers, Beautiful Board, fussy cut images, and metal.
