For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, A Mother's Arms Are Made Of Tenderness And Children Sleep Soundly In Them

To make this page I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste on watercolor paper with a small spatula. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I added layers of corrugated cardboard and placed it on the page.I taped on flowers, glued on beads and other items, and I brushed on Shimmerz Paints.  I rubbed on gold mica powder on a lot of the raised areas.            







To add visual interest I added micro beads,glass beads, glass glitter,Swarovski  crystals,iridescent wrapping paper,fussy cut images from Graphic 45, tulle,lace,gold thread,chipboard,sisal,flowers,and bling and metal from my stash. A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents. Many of the textural things are from Reneabouquets. The metal key and heart were given to me by Lisa Romero Landry, a friend of mine.

For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, It Is Well Known That Reading Quickens The Growth Of A Heart Like Nothing Else

To make this page,I covered a piece of 49 & Market paper with clear gesso. I stenciled on Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a amall spatula. I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat. I added  more layers of corrugated cardboard and a mat and placed it on the page.I taped on flowers, glued on beads and other items, and I brushed on Shimmerz Paints.  I rubbed on gold mica powder on a lot of the raised areas.            






To add visual interest I added micro beads,glass beads, glass glitter,Swarovski  crystals,iridescent wrapping paper,pressed flowers,fussy cut images from the Botanist's Sticker Anthology Book and 49 &Market Paper, tulle,lace,gold thread,chipboard,sisal,flowers,and bling and metal from my stash. A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents. Many of the textural things are from Reneabouquets. The metal insect at the bottom and the metal butterfly at the left were given to me by Lisa Romero Landry, a friend of mine.

For The Reneabouquets Design Team, "You Are, And Always Have Been, My Dream."



Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new post, a layout, for the amazing Reneabouquets. Go and see all         the beautiful treasures there!

To make this page, I applied Prima Platinum crackle paste to Prima paper with a spatula and a stencil. I put the layers under the photo together,starting with taping on watercolor paper under the photo to make it more sturdy and lie flat.

 I added layers of corrugated cardboard and a watercolor mat. The bottom layer of cardboard has gesso that I poured Ultra Thick Embossing Powder onto,and heated till  it was just melted. A lot of it's covered up with fussy cut images and flowers.             
   
I arranged the Beautiful Board and flowers around the page, then added the beads and other items.I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents.I applied gold mica powder on a lot of the raised areas. 









To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads, glass glitter, glass beads,crystals,tulle,lace, sisal,bling from my stash, iridescent wrapping paper, FolkArt  Glitterific Clear Hologram Acrylic Paint,and flowers. I used double sided foam tape for the flowers, Beautiful Board, fussy cut images, and metal. All the fussy cut images are from several lines of  Prima papers.

For The Reneabouquets Design Team, "Nobody Has Ever Measured, Even Poets, How Much The Heart Can Hold"

This is a wedding photo of my son and daughter in law.
