For The Shimmerz Paints Design Team, Paris Is Always A Good Idea

Hi everyone! Melissa here with a new page for the amazing Shimmerz Paints! Go and see all the fun           treasures there!

This stunning photo of the Pont Alexandre lll Bridge in Paris was taken by my daughter in law's sister Andi White, or her mom, Patricia Blundell White.

To make this page, I stenciled Prima Platinum Texture  Paste with a small spatula onto watercolor paper.
I taped on watercolor paper under the image to make it stronger and to lie flat, and  made a mat too. I added  layers of corrugated cardboard. I taped on flowers, glued on beads and other items, and brushed on Shimmerz Paints.I rubbed on gold mica powder on different areas.

To add visual interest I added seed beads, glass beads, crystals, glass glitter, sequins, sisal, chipboard, tulle, flowers, pressed flowers, shells, pearls, and bling and metal from my stash.  A lot of the items are glued on individually with Glossy Accents. Many of the textural items are from Reneabouquets. I used fussy cut images from Graphic 45 papers.

Thank you so much for looking, and have a great week!

We're at his parent's house. It was in the summer, in New York, and the weather was beautiful. It was taken by Rich's sister Liz.

To make this page, I put Prima Platinum crackle paste on watercolor  paper with a stencil and a small spatula.
I taped on a layer of watercolor paper underneath the photo to help it to lie flat. I added layers of corrugated cardboard and then a watercolor mat. I added more layers of cardboard and a bottom layer of corrugated that I glued tulle on.

I arranged the Beautiful Board, and flowers around the page, then added the beads and other items.I brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads, using Glossy Accents. I rubbed on gold, silver, green, and yellow mica powder on different areas of the page.

To add visual interest I added micro beads, glass glitter, glass beads, sisal, tulle, gold leaf, sealing wax, iridescent wrapping paper, and bling from my stash,.I used glossy accents to adhere items to the                            page. For flowers I used double sided foam tape.
